back over 30 years, encompassing many battles, practice high in the hills, deep in valleys, the
Highlands of Scotland, and honorable dojos near and far. But know this: I would not have been able
to achieve any of what I have without the help of others. I thank my students, my teacher, and all
who have stood in the WCOS with me for helping me grow. And the Lord for keeping me safe through it
